Guangzhou Pearl River Telecommunication Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd (PRTEM) was established in 1993. On April, 1996, the Sino-foreign joint venture enterprise was formally established.

PRTEM professionally research and design, manufactures and sells electric power & electronic equipments such as high frequency switch power supply. PRTEM has consistently regarded "Tracing international advanced power supply technology, producing international excellent power supply products, creating first-class after-sale service" as our enterprise spirit.

PRTEM include medium/small capacity power supplies for mobile communication base station by scattered supply, digital microwave, optical communication and access network and large capacity power supplies designed for long-distance trunk and urban telephone joint. Also including relevant mating products such as electric power operation power supply, solar power supply, uninterruptible power supply, AC/DC distribution cabinets of all kinds, DC converter and inverter.

In China, PRTEM products cover international long-distance outlet bureaus, national long-distance first-class trunks, provincial second-class trunk, urban telephone, rural telephone, mobile communication, railway communication, broadcast television bureaus, electric power, military network etc.

In 1995, PRTEM exported PRS5000 high frequency switch power supply to Macau, Vietnam. In 1998, PRS5000 power supply was exported to Philippines. In 2003, PRS1000 power supply was exported to Korea. Now, PRTEM is to establish overseas office which try to open up the overseas market

PRS serial power supply achieved ISO9001 Quality System Authentication Certificate. There are above 560 employees in PRTEM, and there are above 50 R&D employees. Annual turnover is US$3,750,000.
